1. Who we are and scope

CountyCase is a brand of Eldhurst LLC ("CountyCase," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy describes information processed when you visit countycase.com or contact us by email. It does not govern third-party websites linked from the site.

2. Website information

CountyCase serves static pages with zero JavaScript. There are no accounts, forms, comments, online purchases, analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts. CountyCase does not intentionally set analytics, advertising, or preference cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies depending on its configuration.

3. Hosting information

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure it, including your IP address, request date and time, requested page, referring page, browser or device information, and security or error data. CountyCase may access request or summary records when needed for security, availability, debugging, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy.

4. Email

If you email us, we receive your email address and the name, message, attachments, and other information you choose to send. We use it to answer you, investigate corrections or complaints, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. Do not email sensitive personal information.

5. Site data

Statistics shown on CountyCase are derived from public government crash data. They describe crashes and places, not visitors.

6. Use and disclosure

We use information to deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the site; respond to messages; prevent abuse; and comply with law. Information may be disclosed to Cloudflare, professional advisers who owe confidentiality duties, insurers, regulators, law enforcement, or a successor to the business when reasonably necessary for those purposes.

CountyCase does not sell visitor personal information or use or share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Retention and security

CountyCase retains information it controls only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including security, correction history, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Cloudflare controls retention in its systems under its policies and settings. We use reasonable safeguards, but no Internet transmission, provider, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information CountyCase controls, use an authorized agent, or appeal our response. We honor rights required by applicable law and may need to verify a request. CountyCase cannot delete information controlled independently by Cloudflare or another third party.

9. Children

The site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy by posting a revised effective date. Email support@countycase.com with privacy questions or requests.
